2. SERVICE TERMS

2.1 The following provides the basic conditions for teh use of our services. Forfurther details please refer to your Service Agreement.
2.2 ESTIMATES
         2.2.1 Estimatesare valid for 14 days from the time of issue, unless agreed in writing with us. Please check your quotation for the exact period of validity.;

         2.2.2 Anychange to the scope of the work, including a change to any stated assumptionsor customer dependencies, may result in the quotation being made invalid.Should this occur an updated quotation will be issued to replace the previousversion

         2.2.3 Estimatesare also subject to product or material availability at the time of issue. Costand timescales may be affected by material required, or at the relevantthird-party supplier.
2.3 FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
         2.3.1 The Client shall pay Exterior Cleaning Washa non-refundable deposit as set out the time ofbooking. The remainder shall be paid simultaneously with the completion of theservices in cleared funds (check, cash, and card payments) without any set-off,withholding or deduction except such amount of TAX that is required to deductor withhold by law (if any) andunless otherwise agreed in writing.

         2.3.2 The Client is responsible for any TAX imposed on the Services except incases where legislation requires Exterior Cleaning Services to collect TAX. Interest willaccrue on a daily basis from the due date for payment until the actual date of payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgment.

         2.3.3 The Client must pay any interest due when paying an overdue sum and where warrantedpay any costs that Exterior Cleaning Services incurs in connection with the recovery of theunpaid sum (including the agency’s fees and any legal fees).
2.4 SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
         2.4.1 On the Day of the Service, please:
         2.4.2 Have awater spigot ready to use
         2.4.3 Clear both the workarea and ensure sufficient Parking
         2.4.4 Disclose any existing loosen or broken areas
         2.4.5 Have all pets inside before and during our service
         2.4.6 Clear the work areas (blocked areas might not get cleaned)
         2.4.7 Put away all sensitive items, especially those you don’t want to getwet
2.5 POSSIBLE WATER INTRUSION AND/ORDAMAGE
The Client understands that we are invited towash your house with water and cleaners. It is the Client’s responsibility tomake sure that the house is washable, safe to handle reasonable pressurizedwater and typical exterior cleaners. We take extra caution or steps when wefind leaky windows/doors, poorly sealed windows/doors, open windows/doors,previously damaged surfaces, outdoor electronics, and things as such. But, itis generally the Client’s responsibility to handle any water intrusion and waterdamage caused by water intrusion.
2.6 RISK OF DAMAGE
Ourtechnicians are well trained and very responsible in the cleaning process tomake sure not to cause any damage to your property. However, damage can stillhappen to surface with poor conditions. Right before our service, ourtechnicians will inspect your home and let you know if we find anything worthextra attention. If we do, we won’t continue with the actual service beforeyour oral confirmation. We also recommend you to fully inspect your home byyourself before and after our service.

3. USER RIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1 This website is our copyrightproperty. All rights are reserved.
